Chicken Brie Sandwich



A tasty chicken brie sandwich wrapped in healthy multigrain bread and bursting with flavor from watercress, tomato, and red onion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 100g cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 50g Brie cheese, sliced
  • Handful of watercress
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put a piece of chicken on a piece of bread

Put the Brie cheese on top of the chicken

Place the watercress on top of the cheese

Put the tomato slices on top of the lettuce

Add the red onion slices on top

Put some olive oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste

To make a sandwich, put the other piece of bread on top

Cut the sandwich in half across the middle

Serve and have fun!
