Leprechaun Hat Smores
Ingredients:
- 6 large marshmallows
- 6 chocolate squares 1 inch each
- 12 graham cracker squares
- Green food coloring
- Rainbow candy strips for hat decoration
- Gold foil-covered chocolate coins for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
Divide the marshmallows in half
Color one half with green food coloring to create the leprechaun hat tops
Place a green marshmallow on top of each regular marshmallow to create the hat shape
Assemble your Leprechaun Hat Smores by placing a graham cracker square on a baking sheet, topping it with a chocolate square, and then placing a Leprechaun hat marshmallow on top
Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows start to soften and the chocolate begins to melt
Remove from the oven and immediately press a rainbow candy strip on the side of the marshmallow hat to create the hatband
Allow the Leprechaun Hat Smores to cool slightly before serving
